Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an E-commerce Picker & Packer to manage stock flow for online orders, from picking shelves to packing parcels for courier services. The role requires maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities include moving stock, packing, labeling, and ensuring a safe, organized warehouse. You will assist with audits and documentation as required by management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the daily E-commerce inventory functions and inventory system management.
• Move inventories and materials across facilities.
• Process inventories for delivery.
• Sort, organize, and stack stocks in the allocated space.
• Pack and label the stock correctly.
• Report damaged or missing stocks to supervisors.
• Loading and unloading stocks to the warehouse and E-commerce section in a safe manner.
• Ensure the workplace is free of debris and removes hazards from the warehouse for safety.
• Assisting in preparing documentation and inventories for audit.
• Perform any other task as and when required by the Management.
• Pick, pack and arrange delivery for E-commerce daily sales.

E-Commerce Picker & Packer controls the flow of stock through the E-Commerce

section by monitoring stocks in and out as well as fully responsible towards

the online customer’s order from picking stock from the shelves till the

process of handover the completely packed parcel to the courier services.
