Job summary

Hong Bee Group, a family-owned company with diverse holdings, is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to manage daily online store operations from Georgetown. The role covers account management, sales strategy execution, performance analysis, inventory control, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and proficient with platforms like Shopee, Lazada and TikTok

Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce operations is an advantage.
Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and social media channels.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy across e-commerce platforms.
Upload and maintain new product listings on social media channels and e-commerce platforms.
Monitor product information, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales support.
Process and follow up on customer orders, returns, and related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Perform ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the manager.
