Job summary

Clarksoutlet is seeking an E-Commerce Marketplace Lead to own day-to-day trading across UK and Europe. You’ll drive marketplace growth, partner launches and performance, collaborating with Ecommerce, Merchandising and Marketing to optimise visibility and conversions.

You’ll analyse data to uncover opportunities, build partnerships with marketplace providers, and define our growth strategy for new digital channels and markets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok, LaRedoute or similar.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for ecommerce trading.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proactive approach with a desire to make an impact in a growing channel.
• Willingness to work UK hours (2 to 11pm Malaysia time).
• Ability to work in KL Office in Mid Valley City for the first half of each working day.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day trading and performance of our marketplace channels across the UK and Europe.
• Lead the launch of new marketplace partners and shape our future roadmap.
• Optimise product visibility, conversion and trading performance.
• Build strong relationships with key marketplace partners.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities and inform commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
