Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a marketing professional to plan and execute e-commerce activities across marketplaces, driving online sales growth and maintaining brand presence in the beauty category.

You will handle campaigns, SEO/SEM coordination, banners, vouchers, content alignment, and performance reporting, collaborating with regional teams to optimize the customer journey and site performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in e-commerce/digital marketing (beauty or retail preferred).
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, & social commerce.
• Experience liaising with SEO/SEM agencies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational & multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & reporting tools.
• Proficient in English & Malay; Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of CMS, analytics or design tools is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute mega campaigns, product launches & promotional activities across marketplaces.
• Manage banners, landing pages, push notifications & product assortments.
• Create vouchers, bundles & promotional mechanics to drive conversion.
• Coordinate SEO & SEM campaigns with agencies; monitor ROAS, traffic & conversion.
• Support content development & ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Track KPIs (GMV, traffic, conversion); prepare performance reports & insights.
• Conduct competitor monitoring & identify growth opportunities.
• Support digital projects to improve UX, customer journey & site performance.
