Job summary

Motor City Auto Parts Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive digital marketing and e-commerce assistant to manage online orders, listings, and customer interactions across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other platforms.

You will support digital marketing activities, create online design assets, conduct market research, and compile regular performance reports for management. Training and daily collaboration with the team are provided.

Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce preferred.
Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Ability to create simple online design assets.
Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Manage customer orders received through online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
Respond to inquiries and assist customers via live chat.
Investigate customer complaints on products and orders.
Manage the customer claim return process.
Create and manage product listings on online platforms.
Perform online design tasks such as e-banners for Lazada and Shopee and create social media content.
Conduct market surveys for selected products and shop.
Develop innovative concepts for digital marketing.
Support digital marketing and e-commerce activities.
Compile weekly and monthly reports for management showing results.
