Love Luxe Jewellery is a fast-growing online jewellery brand focusing on authentic gold pieces sold via e-commerce and live commerce. We blend social media, live selling, and customer service to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Our team values initiative and teamwork in a dynamic environment. The Livestream Host role involves hosting daily LIVE sessions on TikTok/Shopee (2–6 hours), showcasing rings, bracelets, and charms, sharing product details, and guiding customers to complete orders.

Qualifications

• Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in live hosting, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Familiar with TikTok/Shopee and social media trends, or willing to learn.
• Responsible and able to commit to the livestream schedule especially on peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Host LIVE sessions on TikTok/Shopee (2–6 hours per day).
• Present and showcase jewellery products and promote bundles.
• Interact with viewers to increase engagement and sales conversions.
• Drive GMV targets and guide customers through purchasing.
• Prepare selling points and check stock updates with operations.
• Support growth of marketplace accounts by improving live performance.

Job Responsibilities

Livestreaming Session

• Host LIVE sessions on Tiktok/Shopee (2–6 hours per day)
• Present and showcase jewellery products such as rings, bracelets, charms and more
• Share product information including material, design, pricing and current promotions
• Present promotional campaigns, vouchers and special deals to viewers.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and encourage completed orders.
• Work closely with the team to execute live-stream plans and promotions.
• Support the growth of the Marketplace account by improving live performance and audience reach.

Engagement with viewers

• Interact actively with viewers to increase engagement and sales conversions.
• Reply comments and questions professionally.
• Create a welcoming, entertaining and energetic environment during livestreams.
• Listen to customer concerns and handle tough questions professionally (price concern, delivery, stock)
• Drive GMV targets
• Promote bundles and additional products
• Highlight limited stock and special-time offers
• Support key campaigns, payday and festive promotions (double digit day, payday sale, seasonal sale)

Preparation & Livestream Planning

• Study and understand product details before going live.
• Prepare key selling points
• Check stock updates with the operations team

Job Requirements

Additional Requirement

• Maintain good attendance and be punctual for scheduled live sessions
• Commit to the assigned livestream hours
• Inform management in advance if unable to attend
• Remain professional throughout the livestream
