Job summary

GMEELAN is seeking a confident Live Host to turn personality into dynamic livestream experiences that engage audiences and drive sales. You will host sessions on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other e-commerce channels, entertaining viewers and showcasing products.

You will interact with viewers, answer questions, and help reach sales targets through engaging live presentations, with scripts prepared in collaboration with operations and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in livestreaming, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Host livestream sessions on platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
• Introduce, demonstrate, and recommend products clearly and entertainingly.

As a Live Host, you'll represent our brand by hosting interactive livestream sessions across platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other e-commerce channels. Your mission is to entertain, engage viewers, showcase products, and help achieve sales targets through compelling live presentations.

Host engaging livestream sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms.

Introduce, demonstrate, and recommend products in an informative and entertaining way.

Interact with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and creating a fun shopping experience.

Drive sales performance by achieving livestream KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, and viewer engagement.

Prepare livestream scripts and collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams for content planning.

Review livestream performance and continuously improve your presentation and selling skills.

Experience in livestreaming, retail, sales, customer service, or any customer-facing role is an advantage.

Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

Responsible, committed, and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Passionate about e-commerce, social media, content creation, and staying up to date with online trends.
