Job summary

WIKICAREER SDN. BHD. in Selangor is seeking a vibrant live host to lead interactive livestream sessions across platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and other channels. You will showcase products, respond to questions in real time, and drive viewer engagement.

Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience are welcome. You should be comfortable on camera, with a passion for digital trends, and prepared to work night shifts from 1 PM to 9 PM.

• Fresh or 1–2 years of experience in live hosting, sales, or e‑commerce is an advantage.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable presenting on camera.
• Familiar with live streaming tools and basic e‑commerce platform features.
• Creative, adaptable, and up to date with digital and social media trends.
• Candidates with strong passion and confident on‑camera presence are encouraged to apply, even without prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Live Hosting: Host engaging live selling sessions across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and others).
• Sales & Audience Engagement: Drive sales through product pitches, upselling, and promotions; respond to viewer questions in real time.
• Operations & Team Collaboration: Ensure lighting, audio, camera setup; work with marketing on campaign planning and livestream execution.

Key Responsibilities

Live Hosting

Host engaging and persuasive live selling sessions across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce channels.

Confidently present and demonstrate products to build credibility and drive purchase decisions.

Interact actively with viewers by responding to questions in real time and encouraging participation throughout the livestream.

Sales & Audience Engagement

Drive sales through effective product pitching, upselling, and promotion of ongoing offers.

Track livestream performance and audience behaviour, and share insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Contribute creative ideas to enhance viewer interaction and overall livestream performance.

Operations & Team Collaboration

Ensure all products, props, and technical setups (lighting, audio, camera) are fully prepared before going live.

Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign planning and livestream execution.

Share feedback on audience preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to improve future sessions.

Requirements
