Job summary

Vivid Telecommunication Sdn Bhd seeks a proactive e‑commerce assistant to support sales and marketing across Shopee, Lazada and other platforms. You will manage product listings, content updates, inventory and pricing while handling customer enquiries to ensure smooth operations.

You will upload product information, process orders, pack items, arrange courier services, and prepare performance reports. Proficiency with AI content tools and Mandarin communication are pluses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
• Good command of English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
• Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and marketing across Shopee, Lazada and other e-commerce platforms.
• Assist with daily online store operations: product listings, content updates, inventory, pricing and customer enquiries.
• Upload and maintain accurate product information across all online channels.
• Assist with order processing, product packaging and courier arrangements for timely fulfilment.
• Monitor online sales, store traffic and campaign performance; prepare internal reports.
• Support customer service by responding to enquiries and coordinating order-related matters.
• Create short-form videos using AI tools, product shoots and basic video editing.

Job description

Support sales and marketing activities across Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.

Assist with daily online store operations, including product listings, content updates, inventory, pricing and customer enquiries.

Upload and maintain accurate product information across all online channels.

Assist with order processing, product packaging and courier arrangements to ensure timely fulfilment.

Monitor online sales, store traffic and campaign performance, and prepare internal reports.

Support customer service by responding to enquiries and coordinating order-related matters.

Create short-form videos using AI tools, product shoots and basic video editing.

Experience using AI tools for content creation or product listings will be an added advantage.

Qualification Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.

Good command of English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written, to be able to communicate with the Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
