Job summary

Luxasia is seeking a highly organized E-Commerce Intern to support our online operations for a 6-month contract in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist in executing e-commerce strategies across major platforms and manage day-to-day operations, including content, pricing, and store maintenance.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, fast learners with strong English communication, and a hands-on approach. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing e-commerce strategy on Shopee, Lazada and Zalora.
• Manage daily operations of e-commerce stores and marketplaces (visualization, content, assortment, ratings, reviews, pricing, listings).
• Research online materials to improve platform sales; knowledge of Python/HTML is a plus for web crawling competitors.
• Ensure listings adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned.

E-Commerce Intern

Key Responsibilities

• To assist in executing e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms, primarily Shopee, Lazada and Zalora
• Manage daily operations of our e-Commerce stores and marketplaces (i.e: Visualization editing, Content, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, Search, Pricing, listing promotion, store maintenance)
• To explore and research online materials to improve e-commerce platform sales. (python, HTML will be an added advantage) for web crawling competitor pricing (if possible)
• Ensure listings always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards
• To carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills - with English as the priority
