Job summary

ADA, the Data and AI Experience Company, seeks a Senior Commercial Associate to support store operations across Lazada, Shopee and other local marketplaces. You will optimize listings, manage pricing, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities while supporting daily team operations.

The role requires a marketing/business background and 2–4 years in e-commerce, with strong analytical and communication skills to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce or related field.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee and other local marketplaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing store operations on E-commerce marketplaces, brand.com and/ or social channels.
• Optimize product listings and manage pricing and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Uploading, changing & maintenance of shop (Banner, Images, Contents, Product Detail Page).
• Key contact point for all escalation, issues arising with platform and operations.
• Facilitate all campaign set-up, promotion tools and maximizing utilization of seller tools within platforms.
• Analyses sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide support to the Commercial Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team.
