Job summary

ANDALUSIA FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. seeks a hands-on E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow online sales channels including TikTok Shop, Shopee, Facebook Shop and company website. You will handle listings, pricing, promotions, ads and performance analysis while collaborating with Marketing, Live Host, Customer Service and Production teams.

The role focuses on day-to-day marketplace operations, campaign planning, affiliate management and data-driven growth strategies to maximise online revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Management or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee Seller Centre.
• Experience with TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads is preferred.
• Understanding of ROAS, conversion rate, CTR, CPC and online sales performance.
• Experience handling affiliate/KOC campaigns is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in FMCG, food, retail or Muslim consumer products is an added advantage.
• Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics, and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Facebook Shop and company website.
• Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns like Payday Sale, Flash Sale, 11.11/12.12 and seasonal promotions.
• Manage TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Facebook Ads and other digital channels.
• Monitor sales, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion and marketplace growth.
• Coordinate affiliates and KOC recruitment and monitoring.
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns and promotional materials with Marketing and Live Host teams.
• Analyze sales and marketplace data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with Production to minimise stockouts.
• Monitor marketplace ratings and customer feedback, and drive improvements.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis on pricing, promotions and trends.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
