Job summary

Tohtonku Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an E-Commerce Executive (Entry Level - Fresh Grad) to support online sales growth. You will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, execute promotions, and optimize the customer journey across online platforms.

Join a local company with SEA presence. We welcome fresh graduates with a degree in business or marketing, who are detail-oriented, proficient in Excel/Sheets, and able to work night shifts 9 days a month.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing or e-commerce.
Familiar with campaign mechanics (bundling, GWP, flash sales, promo codes).
Detail-oriented with pricing updates, stock accuracy, and product listings.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Strong coordination skills and good team player.
Able to commit to night shifts for 9 days in a month.

Responsibilities

Generate and grow day-to-day revenues through online channels.
Execute online promotions and social media strategies; ensure content accuracy.
Develop promotional tools and campaigns across platforms.
Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse and Supply Chain for smooth order fulfillment.
Explore new online sales channels.
Support sales growth with innovative strategies.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
Optimize customer experience and web content presentation.
