Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an E-commerce Operations role in Ipoh, Malaysia. The position involves product listing, order processing, returns follow-up, and campaign management to drive store performance.

Responsibilities include evaluating campaign performance, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with Marketing to attract traffic. Fresh graduates are welcome; willingness to work at AEON Station 18 is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Organized with strong communication and time management skills.
• Willing to work at AEON Station 18.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for e-commerce operational tasks, including product listing within our e-commerce platform, process orders, follow up returns, campaign planning and management, reporting.
• Evaluate and analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase conversion.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Liaise with marketing team to build effective online strategy and drive traffic to store.
• Performs administrative and division support activities.
• Achieve division monthly gross profit target as set by the Management.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required.
