Job summary

Passion Entities in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a fresh graduate for the role of E-Commerce Operations Executive. You will gain hands-on experience across e-commerce, logistics, operations, and customer service, supporting day-to-day activities with our operations team.

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Logistics/SCM, Business, E-Commerce, Entrepreneurship or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Familiar with MacOS and comfortable working on a Mac.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms and able to leverage AI to improve productivity.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Physically fit, standing for extended periods.
3 months probation with potential salary review.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations across online marketplaces and platforms.
Prepare and maintain operational reports.
Monitor stock movement and identify inventory-related issues.
Assist with improving warehouse, logistics, and customer service processes.
Perform other operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Process customer orders, packing and dispatch preparations.
Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
Monitor inventory levels and stock records.
Ensure products are stored in designated locations and warehouse kept clean.
Coordinate with courier companies and third-party logistics providers.
Track inbound and outbound shipments and follow up on delivery issues.
Assist with returns and exchanges.
Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat and other channels.
Assist customers with order status and after-sales support.
Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues.
Coordinate with warehouse to resolve customer-related issues.
