Job summary

Sinma Digital Commerce Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Account Executive to manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for multiple e-commerce platforms, perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers.

The role involves hands-on accounting across Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop, with experience in SQL accounting software being highly advantageous. Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree in accounting/finance, possess at least 2 years of relevant experience, and can start immediately.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in AR/AP and general accounting procedures.
• Experience with SQL Accounting Software is essential.
• Experience handling Lazada, Shopee or TikTok Shop transactions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable including staff claims and tax payments.
• Record AR receipts and issue sales invoices for platform sales.
• Create and maintain SKU mappings in the SQL system and link e-commerce stores.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile platform payments with records.
• Assist with month-end closing and prepare accounting reports.
