Job summary

Clarks group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support accounting, reconciliation, and financial operations for our Southeast Asia E-commerce business. You will ensure accuracy of transactions, maintain reconciliations across systems, and manage PO processes.

The role involves uploading sales and inventory data into SAP weekly, handling PO administration, and assisting with month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting/Shared Services/ Retail/ FMCG/ E-commerce.
• Fresh graduates with strong academics and relevant internship experience may be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data analysis and reconciliation functions.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms, payment gateways, or marketplace operations is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage high-volume transactions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations between OMS, SAP, marketplaces, and banking records.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage end-to-end E-commerce collections and reconcilations with bank receipts.
• Monitor open items in SAP to ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Support month-end closing activities and data integrity for E-commerce.
• Upload E-commerce sales and inventory movements into SAP weekly.
• Process and upload E-commerce returns into SAP according to schedules.
• Validate uploaded data and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
