Job summary

TC PRO SDN BHD is seeking a detail-oriented entry-level Accountant to join our e-commerce finance team in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle daily accounting entries, maintain records, and assist with AP/AR processes as part of a collaborative finance function.

You will reconcile bank statements, verify marketplace settlements from Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada, and help prepare documents for audit, tax and month-end closing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous accounting or e-commerce experience will be an advantage.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AP, AR and bank reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and large volumes of transactions.
• Responsible, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience handling Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada or other e-commerce platform reconciliation will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries and maintain proper accounting records.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Record supplier invoices, payments, receipts and other accounting transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in checking payment transactions.
• Assist with reconciliation of sales and payments from e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada.
• Check platform settlements, fees, commissions, refunds and other deductions.
• Verify sales records against marketplace reports and internal records.
• Prepare payment documents and supporting schedules for approval.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Assist with customer and supplier account reconciliation.
• Follow up on outstanding documents or discrepancies when required.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of accounting schedules.
• Assist in preparing documents for audit, tax and other financial matters.
• Support e-Invoice documentation and related accounting processes where required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Accounts / Management team.
