Job summary

Precede Business Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic EC Platform Operator in Malaysia. You will manage TikTok, Shopee and Lazada stores, handle product uploads, promotions, stock control, and livestreams while coordinating with creators.

The role emphasizes driving monthly sales targets, optimizing content, and executing big campaigns. Strong English, proactive problem solving, and social media insight are essential. Occasional remote work is possible.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales on EC platforms to meet monthly targets
• Manage TikTok/online stores: accounts, products, orders, promotions, stock, livestreams, creators
• Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain products: upload, price updates, stock monitoring, content optimization
• Build and manage KOL and affiliate creators
• Plan campaigns and promotions for online shops
• Manage livestream schedules and provide guidance for TikTok samples
• Prepare video content briefs for the video team
• Work with platform PIC for daily operations of online stores

1. Handle sales on EC platforms including Tiktok, Shopee, and Lazada to meet monthly targets.

2. Manage Tiktok/online stores, accounts, products, orders, promotions, stocks, live streams, and creators.

3. Follow up on orders to ensure they are delivered on schedule and successfully.

4. Product maintenance, including upload, price revision, stock monitoring, content optimization, as well as request and proposal for online stores' design decoration/key category/product banner.

5. Build and manage KOL and affiliate creators' resources.

6. Plan and manage the entire process of promoting the online shop's big campaign.

7. Manage livestream schedules, offer instruction, and manage Tiktok samples.

8. Submit specifications for video content to the video team;

9. Work with the platform's PIC to maintain the relationship and deal with daily operations for online stores.

Job Requirement:

1. Fluent in English, fast to respond, proactive in problem-solving, and willing to take occasional late or weekend office overtime and remote processing work.

2. Creative, skilled at raising inquiries; discovering and solving issues, upbeat and optimistic, and capable of following instructions.

3. Proactive in promoting product sales and activity planning for the shop, according to superiors' directions, and taking initiative.

4. Have experience as a Tiktok or other EC platform operator or processor. The ability to analyze statistics on sales, advertisements, content (lives and videos), and so on.

5. Accept the Tiktok/online platforms and be eager to create Tiktok/online business.

6. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence. Capable of understanding Tiktok popular sentiment, following social trends, and identifying active followers.
