Job summary

Pasona HR Malaysia Sdn Bhd is collaborating with a renowned global apparel retailer to appoint a senior e-commerce leader in Petaling Jaya. You will develop market-specific digital strategies, plan stock in the online store, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize online profits.

You will lead a fast-paced, customer-first environment, drive omni-channel activations, and build scalable processes that support sustainable growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience driving e-commerce in retail or related consulting functions.
• Proven track record of growing EC business from planning to execution.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Develop and implement market-specific digital strategies that reflect global standards and practices.

Define and plan the appropriate timing and quantity of products to stock in the online store and make flexible adjustments to maximize profits in assigned markets.

Ensure comprehensive communications (online and offline) and activations through segmentation and personalization. Act on customer behavioral insights to acquire new customers, retain existing customers and convert channel-specific customers into omni customers.

Lead the team and collaborate organically with related departments to deliver sustainable, customer-focused services.

Requirements:

5+ years of management experience driving e-commerce business in the retail industry or planning and supporting e-commerce business in consulting firms.

Proven track record of driving EC business growth from the planning to the execution stage.

Experience working in cross-functional teams and a matrix organization.
