Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or customer service roles preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience with ERP systems or e-commerce CMS is an added advantage.
