You will collaborate with a motivated team and gain hands-on exposure to the fast-paced digital commerce landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong bilingual communication in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data tracking.
• Willingness to learn and take on on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Provide professional support for brand portfolios across official marketplace stores.
• Coordinate allocation of free gifts and samples per campaign rules.
• Collaborate with finance on operational tasks.
• Monitor store health metrics across platforms to stay competitive.
• Attend product training to build brand knowledge and handle inquiries.
