Job summary

Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle customer service across multiple e-commerce platforms, including handling inquiries and disputes, managing returned parcels, and ensuring accurate product listings.

The role involves monthly expiry checks, warehouse coordination, and general e-commerce operations support. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a minimum SPM or Diploma qualification and strong English communication skills expected.

Qualifications

• Must have good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service across e-commerce platforms including inquiries and disputes.
• Manage returned parcels and coordinate with warehouse/ops teams.
• Upload and maintain product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Brand.com.
• Conduct monthly expiry checks on inventory.
• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and administrative tasks.
