Job summary

MYDORA GOLD & JEWELLERY SDN. BHD. in Perai, Penang, is seeking a responsible E-Commerce Admin to support daily online operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee and our website. Responsibilities include stock/restock, inventory updates, product listing, order fulfilment and after-sales support.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is preferred; basic English is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate in data handling.
• Able to manage stock data and product listings.
• Good communication in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; basic English helpful.
• Fresh graduates welcome and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new stock and restock for listing.
• Update stock across TikTok Shop, Shopee and website.
• Process orders, packing, shipping and post-sale support.
• Maintain accurate product and inventory records.
• Collaborate with warehouse, e-commerce and customer service teams.
