Job summary

RONCATO SDN BHD is seeking an E-commerce Operations Assistant to handle customer inquiries across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and WhatsApp, and to help implement campaigns. You will adjust pricing after approvals, file platform appeals, and generate Finance reports.

The role also covers product uploads, Notion updates for marketing launches, and aiding warehouse packing as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with e-commerce platforms and basic Excel/Sheets skills, plus high attention to detail

Qualifications

• Experience operating e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify).
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets for handling orders and stock data.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on Shopee, TikTok, and WhatsApp platform.
• Prepare and submit promotion/discount proposals to superior; implement approved campaigns.
• Update product pricing according to Merchandising Department approvals.
• Submit platform appeals for issues such as wrong returns, lost or stolen parcels.
• Generate reports for Finance (orders, revenue, withdrawals, etc.).
• Assist with product uploads and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Update product details in Notion upon NOA to support marketing and launch planning.
• Manage incomplete item cases, returns (QC & IDCP updates), and assist warehouse packing when required.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
