Job summary

Unison Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (On-Premises) to design, develop, and integrate CRM solutions tailored to business needs. You will lead end-to-end efforts from API integration to deployment and testing.

The role requires hands-on work with D365 Case Management, Plugins, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate, plus strong Azure DevOps and ETL experience for data migration and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Experience with D365 Case Management
• Proficient in Canvas Apps, Custom APIs, Workflows, and Power Automate flows
• Strong experience building Plugins and integrating third-party services
• Experience with SSIS for ETL and data migration
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for version control and build/release pipelines
• Understanding of CRM entities, workflows, and form scripting

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (On-Premises) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in D365 Case Management, Custom APIs, Plugins, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and integration of CRM solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premises) solutions


• Work with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
