Job summary

Systems Limited - APAC is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to design, configure, customize, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions from Kuala Lumpur. You will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, developers, business analysts, and clients to translate requirements into robust, scalable CRM solutions that deliver real business value.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
• Experience with CRM integrations and REST/API-based integration.
• Knowledge of C# and .NET development.
• Good understanding of SQL Server.
• Experience working across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with clients and project teams.

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to design, configure, customize, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

The role will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, developers, business analysts, and clients to translate business requirements into robust and scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM based on business requirements.
• Configure entities/tables, fields, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, workflows, and dashboards.
• Support implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in technical design and solution architecture discussions.

2. CRM Customization & Development

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM functionality based on project requirements.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, custom APIs, and other CRM extensions where required.
• Configure entity relationships, business logic, processes, and system components.
• Follow Microsoft-recommended development and customization practices.

3. Integration

• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems.
• Work with REST APIs, OData, Dataverse Web API, and other integration technologies.
• Develop and support real-time and batch data integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable data synchronization.
• Integrate CRM with ERP, websites, portals, marketing platforms, and other enterprise applications.

4. Data Migration & Management

• Support data migration activities into Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop migration scripts and processes using appropriate CRM data migration tools.
• Support mock migration, migration testing, cutover, and post-migration validation.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process.

5. Security & Access Management

• Configure Dynamics 365 security roles, business units, teams, users, and access levels.
• Implement security models based on business and organizational requirements.
• Support integration with Microsoft Entra ID and authentication mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot CRM security and access-related issues.
• Manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Prepare and deploy CRM solutions between environments.
• Support release and deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and solution design documentation.

7. Testing & Technical Support

• Support unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• Investigate and resolve Dynamics 365 CRM technical issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical support during implementation, go-live, and post-production support.
