Job summary

Oxydata Software is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Developer in Petaling Jaya to design, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions across Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service modules.

You will work on integrations, data migrations, and performance optimizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Platform, and Azure Functions, collaborating with analysts and architects in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of solid Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related Microsoft products experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CE customization and extension experience.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Portals).
• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
• Familiarity with SQL Server, SSIS, KingswaySoft, ETL tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE applications across Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service.
• Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
• Design and implement custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform, and Azure Functions.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with external systems.
• Create reusable components and libraries for multiple projects.
• Translate designs into technical specifications and deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct unit/integration testing and performance optimisation for all solutions.
• Implement integrations with Azure Service Bus, REST APIs, SQL Server, and third-party apps.
• Manage data migration using KingswaySoft, SSIS, or other ETL tools.

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, customise, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions that drive business transformation across Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service modules.

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, focusing on Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service modules.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 7-10 years of solid functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related Microsoft products.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE customisation and extension.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Portals.
• Experience with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Key Vault.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, SSIS, KingswaySoft, and ETL tools for data migration.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem solving, debugging, and performance optimisation skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Power BI for analytics and reporting within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, MB-240, or MB-600).
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with third-party SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow).
