Job summary

Unison Group is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (On-Premises) to lead the design, development, and integration of CRM solutions tailored to business needs. The role focuses on D365 Case Management, Custom APIs, Plugins, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct unit testing, support QA, and assist in production deployments, while documenting best practices and transferring knowledge to internal staff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with D365 Case Management.
• Proficient in Canvas Apps, Custom APIs, Workflows, and Power Automate.
• Strong experience building Plugins and integrating third-party services.
• Experience with SSIS for ETL and data migration.
• Solid understanding of Azure DevOps for version control and build/release pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of CRM entities, workflows, and form scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premises) solutions.
• Work with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Create and integrate Custom APIs, Plugins, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Conduct unit testing, support QA efforts, and assist in production deployments.
• Document technical solutions, best practices, and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
