Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (APAC) is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to deliver CRM customization, plugins, and integrations across Dynamics 365 environments. You will design technical solutions, document designs, and perform unit testing while supporting UAT and end-user training.

Ideal candidates bring strong CRM experience, deep .NET/SQL skills, and familiarity with Power Platform and SSRS. Excellent communication and collaboration across teams are essential in a fast-paced, multi-version

Qualifications

• Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, Plug-ins, custom workflows, Java scripts, web resources, integrations development.
• Sound knowledge in core .NET technology, SQL Server, Power Platform, and SSRS.
• Proficient on CRM Functional areas in Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365.
• Types of Solutions and Deployments to various environments.
• Must have worked in Jira/Azure Boards, TFS/Git.
