Job summary

Avanade Malaysia is seeking a Biz Apps CRM Solution Architect to design and implement D365 CE/CRM solutions for clients across online and on-prem modules, leveraging Power Platform to deliver measurable business outcomes in a Malaysia-based environment.

You will lead delivery teams, manage presales activities, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to plan, design, build, test and maintain CRM solutions, while guiding knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with D365 CE/CRM across Online/On-prem
• Familiarity with Across CRM Modules (Customer Services, Sales, Marketing)
• At least 2 full cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
• Experience with regional projects (Japan, Australia preferred)
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS environments
• Experience leading teams with global on/offshore teams
• Developing & deploying business apps using Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform
• Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and lead Avanade Across Pillars in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Customer Engagement (CE) / D365 CRM solutions - across Online/On-prem Modules & Power Platforms
• Lead and review your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)
• Lead technical technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and solution delivery
• Design and enable conceptual architecture and technical solutions
• Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high-quality and timely resolution of customer issues
• Use KPIs to measure and test the quality of projects
• Improve your clients’ business by identifying potential challenges and supporting continuous improvement through their CRM system
• Contribute to presales activities, build on Proof of Concepts (POC), including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development, ensuring alignment with client business needs
• Manage capability planning for the team, identifying skill gaps and aligning training or hiring needs to meet future demand
• Develop reusable solutions, frameworks, and assets to accelerate delivery, enhance quality, and enable knowledge sharing across teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and bring best practices into solution design
