Job summary

Extro Target Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Representative in Kota Kinabalu. This hands-on, client-facing role welcomes fresh graduates and focuses on meeting business owners, presenting products and services, and building lasting relationships with customers.

You will generate your own leads, visit potential clients, prepare quotations, and work toward personal sales targets while enjoying commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and genuinely enjoys interacting with new people.
• Not afraid to approach or start conversations with potential customers.
• Willing to actively look for new customers.
• Genuinely interested in sales and learning how to develop new business.
• Confident, proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.

Responsibilities

• Meet and communicate with new and existing customers.
• Actively generate your own sales leads and look for new business opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential customers through visits, calls, networking and other sales activities.
• Visit potential clients and introduce our products & services.
• Follow up with company-provided enquiries as well as self-generated leads.
• Understand customers’ business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up consistently with potential customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
• Plan your daily client visits and manage your own sales activities.
• Work towards individual sales targets.
