You will communicate in Malay, English, or Mandarin as needed, support store cleanliness, and follow company policies. The role requires SPM or equivalent, previous retail experience, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products to customers and complete the sales process.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer payments and ensure accurate change is given.
• Keep up to date with product information.
• Ensure timely product shelving and neat presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store and work areas, ensuring food safety.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
