You will prepare sales/promotional areas, merchandise efficiently, maintain monthly stock counts, and participate in training. The role requires 18+ years, fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Interest in working in the retail sector.
• Able to work shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and understand customer needs and questions with flying colours.
• Provide the best service and promote products.
• Prepare sales/promo area as per layout and keep counters tidy.
• Prepare and provide merchandise.
• Keep counters for monthly stock-taking.
• Attend training when necessary and appropriate.
