VERONA BAKE (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers, recommend products, and complete sales transactions. You will handle payments, maintain store presentation, and ensure food safety standards.

The role requires pleasant communication in Malay and English, or Mandarin, and flexibility to work OT, weekends, and holidays. Training and staff benefits are provided as part of an attractive package.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products to customers and complete the sales process.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer payments and ensure accurate change is given.
• Keep up to date with product information and timely shelving.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in store and work areas.
• Follow company policies and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
