Job summary

Verona Bake (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a retail sales associate to assist customers, recommend products, and complete sales transactions. You will process payments, maintain product displays, and ensure store cleanliness and food safety.

The role requires at least SPM, strong communication in Malay/English (Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking clients), and the ability to work OT, weekends, and holidays. Attractive salary, benefits, and staff development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Working experience in the related field is required.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products to customers and complete the sales process.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer payments and ensure accurate change is given.
• Keep up to date with product information.
• Ensure timely product shelving and neat presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store and work areas, ensuring food safety.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
