VERONA BAKE (M) SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a retail store associate to recommend products and complete the sales process while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will handle customer inquiries, process payments, keep product information up to date, and ensure proper shelving, neat presentation, and store cleanliness with food safety in mind. Flexibility for OT, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent is required.
• Experience in the related field is required.
• Proficiency in Malay and English; Mandarin helps for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work OT, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products to customers and complete the sales process.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer payments and ensure accurate change is given.
• Keep up to date with product information.
• Ensure timely product shelving and neat presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store and work areas, ensuring food safety.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
