Qualifications

• Proficient in QS software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Monitor project budgets and costs, identifying potential savings and risks.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Analyse and process progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Provide cost advice and recommendations to the project team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
