Element Materials Technology Ltd. in Johor Bahru is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This position focuses on tendering, cost estimation, and contract administration within a global TIC environment.

You will prepare bills of quantities, pricing for tenders, and progress claims, while managing subcontractor payments and cost control across projects in Malaysia. Growth opportunities exist within a global firm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years in QS or cost management roles; building or M&E experience preferred.
• Strong cost estimation, tendering and contract administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and price bills of quantities; take-off quantities and tender documentation.
• Assist tender interviews, method statements and technical proposals.
• Budget manpower/resources; monitor costs and schedule.
• Prepare progress claims, variations, and sub-contractor payments.
• Coordinate with clients/consultants and ensure contractual compliance.
• Liaise with suppliers and prepare tender submissions; manage deliverables.
