Ideal candidates have proven sales experience in construction-related sectors, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in project-based sectors (construction, electrical, or building materials).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred for liaising with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth product knowledge and propose tailored solutions.
• Engage with developers, consultants, architects, and interior designers to secure project specifications.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
• Deliver persuasive presentations, prepare quotes, and close deals.
• Provide professional pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track project pipelines and coordinate with internal departments to meet delivery and project timelines.
• Submit regular sales and activity reports to the Head of Sales.
