Job summary

Oh & Tay Business Consultants is seeking a responsible, organised and proactive individual to join our team and assist in the company’s daily operations and coordination in Malaysia.

You will coordinate daily work arrangements, liaise with staff, suppliers and business partners, and handle purchasing and delivery arrangements while monitoring progress and supporting management in day-to-day matters. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English; basic Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Responsible, independent and able to take initiative.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work arrangements and follow up on tasks.
• Liaise with staff, suppliers and business partners on daily matters.
• Follow up on purchasing, goods and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor work progress and ensure matters are followed up.
• Assist management in handling day-to-day operational matters.
