Job summary

FSD INTERIOR CONSULTANT SDN BHD is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage interior fit-out and renovation projects from site preparation to handover. You will coordinate schedules, liaise with contractors and suppliers, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion with thorough documentation.

The role requires 1–4 years of relevant experience, a diploma/degree in a related field, and ability to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Building Technology or related field.
• Hands-on experience in interior fit-out, renovation or coordination is preferred.
• Ability to read interior layouts and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and update project schedules for interior fit-out/renovation projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, installers and suppliers to confirm dates and site readiness.
• Monitor progress against schedule and implement recovery actions when needed.
• Provide timely progress updates with site photos and records of site instructions.
• Attend site meetings and maintain outstanding work and defect lists with deadlines.
• Assist with final inspections and handover arrangements to ensure project completion.
