Job summary

Nano Wellness Sdn Bhd is seeking a DTC Growth Marketer to own the full path from ad click to repeat purchase. You will identify where customers drop off—whether in ads, the website, or the offer—and you’ll fix it, test it and guide the team.

This role suits someone with 3–5 years of hands-on DTC or e-commerce growth experience who wants to build toward an Assistant Manager position as results and leadership grow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in DTC, e-commerce or performance marketing.
• Hands-on Shopify and CRO experience; you’ve improved a store’s conversion rate.
• Proven Meta Ads results and Google Ads experience.
• Understands how Malaysian buyers shop: mobile-first, price-conscious.
• Willing to coach juniors and take ownership.
• Portfolio or proven results are a plus; anonymise sensitive figures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads against ROAS, CPA and contribution margin.
• Audit and optimise our Shopify store: homepage, product pages, cart and checkout.
• Run CRO tests on layout, copy, offers, bundles, trust signals, page speed and mobile UX.
• Analyse funnel drop-off (session -> add to cart -> checkout -> purchase) using GA4, Shopify analytics and heatmaps.
• Build repeat-purchase flows (WhatsApp, email, replenishment reminders) and track LTV.
• Review juniors' ad structures, run the weekly test log and coach on decision-making.
• Report weekly: what we tested, what we learned, what's next.
