Job summary

Deloitte Regional Services Center Sdn. Bhd. in Subang Jaya is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll processing and data maintenance. You will ensure accurate payroll inputs, timely reporting, and compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.

The role involves preparing diverse payroll outputs for management review and downstream systems, while maintaining data integrity across payroll records and related submissions.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions and update employee payroll information in the payroll system.
• Record payroll changes such as new hires, salary revisions, one-time payments, allowances, deductions, and employee exits.
• Generate payroll reports and outputs for review and approval (e.g., Salary register, Year-to-date, Variance, Payslips, Bank payment files, CPF submission files, Payroll GL).

Job description

• Processing payroll transactions and updating employee payroll information in the payroll system.
• Accurately recording payroll changes such as new hires, salary revisions, one-time payments, allowances, deductions, and employee exits
• Generating payroll reports and preparing outputs for review and approval such as:-
