Job summary

Deloitte Regional Capability is seeking an SR&T Executive in Resource Management to support regional staffing demands and updates. You will maintain practitioner profiles, update schedules, and track availability, ensuring CV submissions meet Deloitte standards.

You will also conduct internal candidate searches, manage CV databases end-to-end, and produce weekly and monthly leadership reports while upholding confidentiality of HR information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end CV database processes from submission to vetting for Deloitte standards.
• Conduct research to identify suitable internal candidates from internal demand databases.
• Prepare weekly and monthly leadership reports.

DRSC SR&T Executive, Resource Management

Provide administrative support to the Resource Management Team on regional staffing demands and updates.

Maintenance of Regional Staffing System – practitioner profiles creation, scheduling updates, and availabilitytracking.

End-to-end process management of CV database – from ensuring submission of updated CVs by practitioners,to reviewing and vetting to ensure compliance to the Deloitte standard.

Conduct research to identify suitable internal candidates through database searches for internal demand.

Maintains and prepare weekly and monthly management reporting for leadership.

Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

Requirements:

Degree in any discipline.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Familiar with MS Office programs.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).

Positive attitude in the face of challenges.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
