Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking a DRSC GFS Senior Analyst, Client to Cash (CTC) in Kuala Lumpur. You will act as the finance-ADM SME, aligning SAP-enabled processes with business controls, and collaborating with Controllers and Leaders to ensure accurate data and robust reporting.

You will lead process improvements, monitor controls, and perform complex queries, contributing to a high-standard client service delivery in a dynamic firm environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in professional services.
• Understanding of SAP and other financial applications.
• Proficiency in data analysis with good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between technology and finance as SME on ADM processes and impacts.
• Collaborate with Business Controllers to ensure correct data in the system.
• Coordinate and implement standardized processes with status updates.
• Oversee onboarding of new service, geographies or delivery centers.
• Document and monitor internal controls and educate stakeholders.
• Perform complex adhoc queries for the team and stakeholders.
• Complete quality reviews to ensure accuracy and understanding of processes.
• Apply accounting principles and internal controls to daily work.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage process owners.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and establish new controls and reporting solutions.

Work you’ll do

• Liaison between technology and finance, as the subject matter expert on ADM processes and impacts, to ensure systems and methods are correct and produce accurate results.
• Collaborate with Business Controllers and Leaders to understand their business model and assist in ensuring appropriate data is implemented in the system.
• Coordinate and implement new or improved standardized processes, providing status updates to relevant leaders.
• Overseeing the onboarding and transitioning of new service, geographies or delivery centers
• Document and monitor internal controls, process improvements, and educate various stakeholders.
• Perform complex adhoc queries for the team and stakeholders.
• Complete quality reviews to ensure accuracy in team output and understanding in processes
• Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls and apply them.
• Effectively communicate and manage the stakeholders of the process.
• Identify inefficiencies in the processes or areas of risk and work with management to establish new controls and reporting solutions.
• Demonstrate understanding of business processes, system validations, and related standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Understanding of SAP and other financial applications
• Good, proactive oral and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Revenue and Cost flow, and their postings
• Good knowledge on the Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures is required
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Strong and proactive oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires critical thinking, analytical skills, strong process knowledge and ownership, and a keen sense of quality service to clients (internal)
