Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytics, cost optimization, budget planning and financial analysis skills.
• Experience leading analytics projects, especially in supply and demand optimization.

Responsibilities

• Optimize driver resource allocation to align with business goals and budgets.
• Serve as the key contact between OpEx and driver operations teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities from data analysis and driver insights.
• Collaborate with Driver operations to align resources with budget and planning.
• Lead analytics projects to increase supply and optimize budgets.
• Address blockers and drive operational excellence within the driver team.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
