Private Advertiser requires a driver to operate the company van/truck for delivering supplies and replenishing stock at customer sites. The role also supports warehouse activities including receiving, picking and packing, and cycle counts when required.

Responsibilities include delivering safely and on time, handling goods securely, verifying delivery documents, obtaining POD signatures, replenishing stock, maintaining vehicle hygiene, and standing in for warehouse staff as needed.

• Valid GDL Class E driving license.

As Driver, you drive the Company van/truck to deliver customers’ supplies and replenish stock items at customer sites. You also support warehouse activities for receiving, picking and packing, and cycle counts when required.

What will you deliver?

Safely operate Company vehicles for delivery and collection of goods.

Ensure daily delivery is accurate, safely and timely.

Ensure proper handling and securing of goods during transportation.

Verify delivery documents and ensure that all deliveries are in good condition with correct items and quantity.

Obtain the required acknowledgement, signature from customers and submit proof of delivery (POD) to the personnel in charge in warehouse.

Accurately replenish or top up stock items at customer sites.

Maintain good housekeeping of the storage and company vehicles.

Stand in for warehouse personnel when required.

Participate in regular cycle count / year end stock-take exercises and perform ad-hoc warehousing duties when required.

Conduct periodic vehicle checks and promptly report any defects, damage or maintenance requirements to Operations Manager.

Ensure world class customer service is achieved.

Ensure compliance with Vallen’s operations policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications

Valid GDL Class E driving license
