Job summary

Passion Care Centre is seeking a driver to safely transport patients, nurses, and caregivers to various destinations within the Sabah region. You will assist patients in and out of vehicles, deliver meals and essential items, and keep meticulous driver logs.

The role requires ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, reporting defects promptly, and maintaining clean, well-maintained vehicles. A valid GDL or PSV license is an added advantage for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients or nurse/caregiver to or from various destinations as assigned
• Assist and help patients in and out of vehicles
• Deliver meals, medical equipment, medicine, official documents, or other items deemed necessary
• Assist in unloading patients, lab specimens, and medical equipment in a safe manner
• Record the status of deliveries and transportation in the driver's logbook
• Practice safe and focused driving habits, including obeying traffic laws
• Ensure all company vehicles are roadworthy and have sufficient fuel
• Maintain vehicles in safe and clean condition
• Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed and keep mileage and repair records up to date
• Report immediately any defects of vehicles to management
