Selinsing Gold Mine Manager Sdn. Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Drilling Superintendent to lead exploration drilling programs at the Selinsing Gold Project in Pahang.

This role sits at the crossroads of geology, mining and drilling operations. You will plan, execute and supervise drilling, manage contractors and budgets, ensure NI43-101/JORC compliance and safe operations, and provide geological input for resource modelling and reporting.

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Superintendent to lead and manage exploration drilling programs at our Selinsing Gold Project in Pahang, Malaysia. This is a key leadership role bridging geology, mining, and drilling operations.

Key responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and supervise exploration drilling programs.

Ensure technical integrity, NI43‑101/JORC compliance, and safe operations.Accountabilities

Manage contractors, budgets, and drill rig performance.

Deliver exploration targets on time and within budget.

Provide geological input for resource modelling and reporting.

Lead and train drilling crews, supervisors, and core yard teams.

Accountabilities:

Strong background in drilling operations and geological exploration.

Knowledge of NI43‑101/JORC standards and QA/QC procedures.

Experience with mining software (Surpac, Datamine, Leapfrog, etc.).

Proven leadership, safety focus, and contractor management skills.

Ability to optimize rig performance and control costs.

Experience in gold mine exploration drilling.

Selinsing Gold Mine Manager Sdn. Bhd is a subsidiary of Polar Potential Sdn. Bhd., which is owned by Monument Mining Limited, a Vancouver-based, publicly listed mineral exploration and prospective gold mining company. Located in Kuala Lipis Pahang, we are acting as an operator for the parent company, in operating a 1,000,000 tonnes per annum throughput mill for gold production. In line with the growth of the company, we have an opening for the position above.
